Trigger Point Therapy
Trigger Point Therapy is what you may say I feel a knot in my lower back or neck and shoulders. While massaging the body we come across many trigger points and address them with little to no discomfort to the client. When you leave you should be in less pain and feel your range of motion has improved. Clients who have chronic headache pain find that Trigger Point Therapy really helps and works for up to two weeks when done on a regular basis. Trigger Point Therapy – relieves pain through a series of isolated pressure and release cycles at the origin of the muscle tightness
Swedish Massage
A full body, relaxation massage incorporating long, gliding strokes, firm kneading, and bending and stretching muscles. Swedish Massage is a great choice if your main focus is to just relax and have have a full body massage. If you've never had a massage before or just been awhile this is a great choice. After your session your therapist will go over what they found and let you know what you may benefit from in future sessions.
Deep Tissue Massage
Targets knots and releases muscle tension; focuses on the deepest layers of muscle tissue, tendons and fascia. Please note that to be able to have a full body Deep Tissue massage we need time to work through the layers of muscle tissue. If you are only requesting a certain area such as your back a 60 min will work for you. However if you'd like to still have the full body then you'll need to book a
90-min or 2hr.
